Our Journey

Tru Wood Designs was established in 2004 and is a supplier and contractor in the wood and carpet floor covering industry and offers services such as assistance to floor covering design, the supply of different carpet and wooden floor types, installation of various methods for different wooden floor and deck types and applications, advice to customers on wooden floor coverings and after-sales service. We handle various domestic and commercial projects in Gauteng and outlying regions. We specialize in various solid wood, engineered, various laminate floor supply and installation as well as wooden and composite deck supply and installation and refurbishment of existing wooden floors and decks. We also offer carpet supply and installation.

We’ve been blessed with almost two decades of success. Our staff continuously receive professional on-site training in all aspects of floor covering methods and regularly. In addition to this, our staff attend various floor covering seminars and workshops to enhance their knowledge and offer service and quality of the highest standards.

The founding member of the company also attends numerous seminars and workshops and has performed comprehensive research with suppliers and professional associations to offer the best possible solution for your floor covering needs. He has also presented seminars to other professional floor covering associates in methods of wooden floor installation methods and regularly advises associates. On a number of occasions, members of the Tru Wood Designs team are also sub-contracted to associates throughout Southern Africa.
